1. AAF from the editing project with the following specifications:
• Embedded audio files (Embed Audio). Preferably, do not use separate/external media.
• 24-bit depth and 48 kHz sample rate.
• .WAV format (Broadcast Wave). Disable any option that renders sound effects.
• At least 10 seconds of handles on all audio clips. Usually this is entered as a frame count, so multiply the required seconds by 23.98 or 24, depending on the project.
• Tracks organized in the following order: first all dialogue/production sound, then any added effects, and finally music. Ideally, include all microphones recorded in each take. For example, if a take includes a boom mic and two lavaliers, those same files must be present in the session. Clip names must match the original production sound naming.

2. Reference video with the following specifications:
• Same frame rate as the editing project (if the frame rate will be changed later, that will be handled after the final mix).
• Minimum resolution of 1080p.
• Burned-in timecode in the upper-right corner, preferably in a small size.
• One-frame pop at timecode 01:00:06:00.
• First frame of picture at 01:00:08:00.
• Preferred codecs: Apple ProRes 422 LT or Avid DNxHD in a .mov container. Alternatively, H.264 in an .mp4 container is acceptable.
• Watermarks may be included as long as they are minimally intrusive.

3. Production sound:
Complete, organized location sound files. If available, please include the sound reports.
